Sales Development Manager - FMCG (4-10 yrs)
Urgently looking for candidates from Premier B School from 2010/20112012/2013 Batch for the role of Sales Development Manager with a leading FMCG MNC firm based in West India.
- Experience : 4 to 9 years in Sales, Business Development, RTM, New Channel Development and Trade Marketing.
- Experience in effective sales planning, Sales Strategy and team management
- Plan and manage overall sales training and development activities
- Experience in Designing and executing RTM Plans, Super stockiest Network, Distribution management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage change and develop people.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
CTC can go upto 27 Lacs.
