Sales Development Manager - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for Highly Motivated Unit Sales Executive/Manager who has a 0 to 3 Years of experience in sales and marketing. In this Position, you need to develop Your team of Financial Consultants and Training them to sourcing a business from open markets & Give U Leads to Open Market.
- Sales and Marketing - Prospective customer visits and identify their financial requirements
- Understand the customer requirements and provides sales and services
- Arrangement for the principle business visit
- Build a Team of Financial Consultants
- Training and motivate your team
- Sourcing a business through your team and clients
- Develop a relationship with your customers
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers

Candidate Profile:
- Graduation in Any Stream
- Age should be between 21 to 38 Years
- Experience: Mini. 1 to 3 Years in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry
