Sales Development Manager - BFS (2-6 yrs)

- An expert who is dependable for the expansion of their branch is a manager. The main duties of sales managers include selecting and training team members, setting quotas, assessing and modifying performance, and creating systems that increase sales.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of front-line sales representatives and develop them.

- Choosing and overseeing a team of advisors.

- Control an agent's entire life cycle.

- Task supervision and performance evaluation for the teams under supervision

- Advising and inspiring the sales staff offering all necessary assistance when needed

- Assured that all regulations and standards were followed everywhere without exception.

- Ensuring compliance and control, adhering to the procedure, and giving dealers excellent customer service.

- Leading team generation

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Making distribution through agencies for the business.

- Collaborate with the appropriate teams to make sure there are enough resources manned in all of the State's regions.

Candidate Profile :

- Experience : 2-6 years in Agency channel in Life/Health/General Insurance

- Age : 23-35 Years

- Educational Qualifications : Graduate

- Must : Own Two Wheeler

- Age between 21 and 38;

- Bachelor's degree in any field;

- Strong Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation Skills

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Strong sales and negotiating abilities.
