- Tekpillar is looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Manager. You will represent the business in public and possess the commitment necessary to develop and implement a successful sales plan. The objective is to increase sales and build solid client connections in order to generate sustainable financial growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

- The ongoing training of your sales people.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduated in any field

- 2 to 4 years- experience in field sales & marketing in any sector

- Having best ability to leading team generation

- Best communication skill
