- People with experience in field sales are wanted right now. It will be your duty as a business development manager to ensure a seamless sales process while boosting sales of the company's goods and services.

Job Description :

- Increasing sales by developing new connections and leads

- Seeking out new business opportunities.

- Fostering business relationships with current and potential clients.

- Creating and implementing sales and marketing plans to grow a business; attending networking events to attract and retain customers.

- To broaden the agency's network in the designated Territory

- Onboarding of new stream partners.

- Handle customer inquiries quickly and satisfactorily, and work with the team to ensure that the sales and operations process runs smoothly.

- Creating a winning marketing plan to draw in customers.

- Establishing a solid rapport with both existing and potential clients.

- Informing customers about the various insurance plans, including those for auto, real estate, health, and many others.

- Giving clients advice on the type of insurance they should buy.

- Interacting with the clients and keeping a positive relationship with them.

Candidate Must Have The Following Qualities : 

- Working with people; having an entrepreneurial and commercial focus; being mature; having a strong work history; having high levels of confidence; and having a desire to achieve results.

- Minimum Graduate in any stream

- Should have a strong network in the community, an understanding of the local market, and a track record of success.

- Should be able to evaluate clients' current policies and suggest changes, if necessary.
