Sales Development Manager - BFS (1-2 yrs)
- We are looking for a professional that will drive company growth by discovering new market opportunities, selling to them, building relationships with current clients, and establishing and retaining new client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Examine prospects and their industry position to find business opportunities; investigate and analyze sales options.
- Make contacts with prospects, develop relationships with them, and offer them products to sell.
- Handle customers or complaints, as well as negotiate and close transactions.
- Create buyer personas
- Achieving monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Compiles, summarizes and analyses data to generate reports.
Candidate profiles :
- Any stream of a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years in the banking and insurance industries
- Strong leadership abilities
- Effective communicator.
