Sales Development Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
Job details :
- Looking Sales Development Manager for banca channel having minimum 1 years in BFSI sector experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving Insurance premium targets through given sales leads
- To maximize customer contact and coverage by analyzing and assigning opportunities
- Work on assigned leads by the Bank and generate referral from every customer that visits the branch
- To classify customer base on the basis of their product usage pattern, income, and other socio economic and cultural factors
- To ensure understanding of internal processes and timely updating of system records and proper documentation checks
- Lead generation at branch and walk in customers
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience in BFSI or similar domain
- Age should be 21 to 38 years
