- Sales and Service Engineer in a manufacturing company of orbital welding machines and cutting products.

Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience : 3-4 years

Salary : 25-40 K

Qualification : Diploma Electrical/Electronics/B. Tech Electrical/Electronics

- Preferably Gujarati speaking candidates

Skills :

- Sound knowledge in Technical application (Electrical/Electronics). Knowledge in servicing of welding machine electrical and electronic .

- Good comunication skill in English, Hindi and Gujarati Language

- Computer knowledge required for running the Word, excel and power point

- Customer relationship Management

- Trouble shooting skill in Electrical and electronic circuits.

Responsibilities :

- Provide After sales support in the given territory for the Orbital Welding and cutting products.

- Revenue generation from service support and spares business.

- Telephonic service assistance to customer during emergency service support.

- Trouble shooting of errors .

- Provide monthly and weekly status of service visits

- Customer satisfaction report submission for every quarter.

- Operation training during installation.

- Meeting service and sales goals.

- Managing customer accounts of assigned territory, develop and maintain good relation with customer. Regular visit to understand their machine issues and spares requirement.

- Ready to relocate anywhere in India, if required as per company's requirement

- Ready to travel anywhere for servicing in India, if required.
