Position: Sales Counsellor

Qual: PG in Mktg

Exp: 4 years in Mktg & Sales activities

Salary: Up to Rs. 3.60 LPA (depending upon skills, expertise)

Location: Deccan, Pune

Job Description:

- Explain Diabetic related programs to customers and pitch them to take up the same

- Ensure high conversion rate for walk-in customers visiting the clinic.

- Follow-up with patients and doctor(s) for fixing up appointments

- Receive calls from patients, and make outgoing calls based on data available.

- Maintain data on our centralized database

- Assist the Director in their tasks and maintain a very organized schedule for them

- Handle Admin related activities

Skills:

- Should have a strong sales orientation/ background and should have handled sales counselling

- Should be excellent in achieving the given sales targets

- Candidate if worked as Assistant to Director will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English & Marathi

- Good telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport immediately

- Patience and ability to work under pressure and in a crowd of patients visiting the clinic

- A team player and well groomed (high level of professional attire required)

- Have good spoken skills & very good personality
