Designation : Sales Coordinator (Contractual Job)

Activities

- To place orders on a daily basis on time to ensure timely execution of loads.

- Coordination with HO on order/ indents and with plants on daily dispatches of loads.

- Supporting activity to the team member to achieve the overall targets.

- Interaction with the customers and distributors to ensure the payments outstanding are well within the credit period

- To address the grievance namely error in invoicing, pricing structure, qty unloaded, excise difference etc.,

- Tracking of sales data on day to day basis

- Ensure periodic collection of sales reports from the distributors and the sales team

- To ensure deletion of sales order for partially delivered loads

- To ensure deposit of cheque systematically in the appropriate accounts

- To ensure accounting RTGs systematically in the appropriate accounts

- Dispatching couriers in time.

Context and environment

- The job holder is based in branch sales office to interact with all segments customers and distributors

- To ensure uninterupption & timely dispatches of loads to distributors/ bulk customers are highly crucial & challenging.

- To meet the high standard demands of distributors/ customers with the prevailing nonconductive market environment particularly pertaining to the credit parameters prevailing in markets, is highly crucial & challenging.

- As there are umpteen direct billing customers, which all habituated with high credit parameters by competitors, keeping them in good payment loop with sustaining the sales is highly challenging and extremely crucial.

Accountabilities : 

- Job holder has to ensure the outstanding within prescribed limits.

- The position holder is responsible to collect the payments within the credit period, by periodic follow up with customer

- Responsible for timely placement of orders in SAP 7 execution of loads.

Qualifications/Experience required

- Any degree with exposure to Accountancy/ Maths & Computer

- Good interpersonal skills.
