Sales Coordinator - IT Services (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales team, on preparing quotes, preparing sales proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor order status, schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements in tandem with stakeholders.
- Communicate order updates to customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing timely follow-up.
- Maintain customer databases and updated contact information, recording interactions, and tracking sales activities.
- Coordinate sales meetings including scheduling appointments,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales objectives and strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
Requirements:
- Degree is not a constraint.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or customer service environment.
