Sales Coordinator - IT Servic Firm (4-5 yrs)
An IT services Company based at Vikhroli (East) Mumbai, is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator.
- Role and Responsibilities :
- Tendering - Online Bid, Sealed-bid, Reverse auction, etc.
- Proposal preparation in INR & USD. Renewal/AMC Proposals - Based on clients requirement.
- Vendor registration and contract management.
- Documentation & maintenance of records of Service Agreement, NDA, MSA, SLA, Addendum to agreement, SPA, SDPA, SBAA, etc.
- Validation of PO - T&C, Value, Service, Customer details, documentation for PO execution, follow up on PO.
- Coordination with technical team for details related with SOW & attendance.
- Maintain record of resources deployed at client site. Verify the data and invoice accordingly.
- Invoicing / Proforma Invoice, Collection MIS & Follow up.
- Understanding & Resolving customer query by coordinating with sales/presale team.
- Qualifications and Experience :
- Graduation in any field.
- Candidates with 4+ years- experience in a similar role would be preferred.
- Prior experience in an IT sector would be highly preferred.
- Skills :
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
- Ability to articulate well, and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Good rapport-building skills.
- Dedicated, self-motivated and a team player.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business requirements and priorities.
- Good at time management and should have attention to detail.
