Job description :

We are looking for a responsible Sales Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of this position include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. A successful Sales Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Ideal candidate :

- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant/general administrator/office administrator.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

- Should be confident on the phone and should have a great phone presence.

Responsibilities :

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

- Managing smooth functioning of General Administration.

- Ensure that clients requirements are fulfilled and renewal of software is ensured.

- Invoice processing and payment follow up are vital parts of this role.

- Prepare Monthly & quarterly MIS reports.

- Maintain and regularly update databases.

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from.
