- Leading Instrument Company is dealing with comprehensive Instrumentation requirement in the area of Sales, Service Project, Consultancy-TPI (Third Party Inspection) and Training
Job title : Sales Coordinator.(Female only)
Job location : Vadodara
Education qualification : Diploma (Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical) /BSC (Electronics/Instruments) with relevant work experience.
Work experience:
- 0 years to 1 years relevant work experience.
- Computer job mainly Inquiry, quotation, tele marketing etc.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Holiday : All Saturday and Sunday.
CTC : (Depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
Key Skills : Inquiry, quotation, tele marketing, Computer knowledge
Location : Vadodara/Baroda
