Sales Coordinator - Industrial Product/Chemical (5-12 yrs)
Looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the Sales Team. Ideal candidate would with 5 -10 years of experience in sales co-ordination, back office and distribution.
Job Description :
- Co-ordinating with Sales Team & Customer & dispatch team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Generate MIS reports.[vlook up, pivot table etc]
- Prepare quotations.
- Take part in online/offline govt tenders.
- Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- A team player with high level of dedication and sincerity.
- Coordinating with Principals/Suppliers/Vendors
- Identify new clients in both Domestic markets.
- Send out emails to the prospective clients.
- Maintain customer database.
- Back office Admin & Support
