Job brief :

- We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

- The goal is to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities :

- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

- Co-ordinating with distributors and sales team for Primary and Secondary Sales achievement.

- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

- Co-ordinating with Sales team and Distributors for generating Claims and settlement of claims.

- Co-ordinating with the Sales team and Distributor regarding inventory position of different SKUs

- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

- Managing Dispatch as per the orders and Co-ordinating with Sales Team, Distributor and Accounts Department.

- Monitor the Sales team's progress from Company Software, co-ordinating shortcomings accordingly with them.

- Generating, Analysing and Co-ordinating every 10 days, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Primary and Secondary achievement Reports and sharing them with the sales team.

- Should have experience of handling 50 to 100 distributors.

- Good computer skills (Advance MS Excel)

- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi.

- Should have knowledge of basic of accounting.

- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A team player with high level of dedication.

- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business administration or relevant field.

- Should have at least 5 year experience in Sales Coordination.
