Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Coordinator with experience in the FMCG industry to join our team at our Gurgaon headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling large-scale operations within the FMCG sector and possess excellent organizational and soft skills. This role will focus on identifying and assigning distributors across India, requiring an in-depth understanding of the nuances specific to the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, evaluate, and assign distributors across Pan India to ensure optimal coverage and sales growth.
- Work closely with the MD & Founder to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the distribution network to ensure efficient and timely product availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales plans.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, distributor effectiveness, and market insights.
Key Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale distribution networks across India.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, including market dynamics, consumer behavior, and distribution models.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and strong team collaboration.
- Technically proficient, with the ability to leverage tools and software for sales reporting and analysis.
- Immediate joiners preferred, though candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will also be considered.
Work Environment :
- Location : Gurgaon (HQ)
- 6 days working week
- Office Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
