Sales Coordinator - FMCG (3-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- Generate monthly sales reports & MIS and analysis and circulate to Sales teams.

- Create flash reports for Sales team with month wise & product wise sales data and send it to them by the 2nd of the month after sales closing & follow it up with complete MIS reports to enable them to get their sales details SE wise & distributor wise.

- Send quarterly updates for Sales Incentives program to Sales team, distributors & Senior Management

- Gather market intelligence & Competitors Pricing from Regional and Territory Managers.

- Collate daily, weekly & monthly reports from Sales Executives and Territory Managers for attendance purposes.

- Participate actively in sales meetings.

- Assess service levels by measuring sales effectiveness at Customer level by making calls to customers daily and sending the feedback report of the calls by the first half of the day to the SE/CSTM/RSM/VP

- Operate as relationship executive for distributors by understanding their queries and reverting back with complete details.

- Handle customer / distributors queries on damages & claims and forward the same to the respective concerned people & follow up & close the issues with complete satisfaction.

- Track marketing collaterals stocking and issuing of Gifts /Broachers to Sales team as per approval from VP.

- Assist technical / sales team in coordinating and dispatching of POP material for CID & Customers requirement.

- Tracking of secondary sales- distributor wise, customer wise & product wise.

- Settling of distributor claims on schemes & Insurance claims.

- Assist the VP in PPT preparation for MIS reporting / Monthly meets / Annual / Regional/Sales Meets.

- Maintenance of records related to distributor agreements & Bank Guarantees.

- Should have knowledge of preparation of Delivery Orders, invoices, & dispatch of samples in the absence of respective colleagues, to ensure smooth functioning of the sales process.

- Track Sales scheme /offer effectiveness based on primary sales.
