Sales Coordinator - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
- Checking PO's of Modern trade chains
- Taking Appointment from Chains and supply as per Appointment Schedule
- Coordinate with chains in case any amendment in Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with depots while dispatching the stocks
- Supply follow up with Regional team as per availability of stocks with Depot
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and Communicating relevant information
- Preparing Dispatch details Factory to Distributor.
- Reconciliation of Account
- Responsible for creating MIS reports as and when required
