Job Description :
- Prepare quotations on Microsoft Excel for customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge
- Prepare costing sheet by taking rates from vendors and price lists
- Coordinating with supply chain team to take rates and inventory status
- Enter leads into CRM
- Digital Marketing on linked in, promotional emails to customers
- Follow up with customers for open leads/quotations
- Coordination with Sales + Marketing team
Specific Skills :
- Excel proficiency should be reasonable VLOOKUP Up/Pivot Tables etc.
