Sales Coordinator - Customer Care/BPO - Healthcare (0-2 yrs)
COSMOTREE is a 25yrs old clinic which provides Tattoo,Skin and hair related treatments. Cosmotree Clinic is looking for experienced Female Customer Service Sales Coordinators who can organize Customer Care Services section and sales activities in backend.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules and client appointments, filing important documents and communicating relevant information related to the patient requirement.
- Responding to queries from customers and give after-sales and pre-sales support when required
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems if any
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements with in the organisation.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or available data
- Improvement in Quality of the team work delivery on time it must be result oriented.
