We have a requirement for Sales Coordinator (Back office) with our well reputed client into Engineering/ Construction sector for their mfg facility at Bhandup West. Please find the details below:
Location: Bhandup West
Experience Range: 2-5 years
CTC Range: 12k- 15k per month (As per experience & knowledge)
Job Profile:
Check email of sales team
To pass on all inquires to respective department. (Fire/Ins/Fac/Flamebar/PEB/coating/tyvek)
To check the tenders from Tender Tiger every day.
Download the tender & give it to respective dept
To prepare the offer for Flamebar BW 11
To make the proforma invoice for all verticals (fire/flamebar/Tyvek/fire board)
To make all entries in CRM ( with the details of Cont, Consultant, Architect)
To prepared the report monthly for all depts.
To follow up for payment.
To see all import Transaction (to follow up with Kalpesh for all paper Work)
To do the net surfing for finding out the project details
Follow up with the contractor for status of the project
Follow up with the factory for the dispatchers
To attend the phone call for all inquiries
