Sales Coordinator (4-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc).

- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc

- Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.

- Coordinate with sales team and clients

- Daily submission of Sales MIS, logistic support activities, should be able to do and organize tele sales, redressal of customer complaints, procurement and distribution of promotional materials, scrutiny and clearance of orders placed by customers including credit checking etc.

- Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supply and payment collection as per planned objective.

- Follow up with customers for orders.

- Logistics coordination in domestic and international shipments
