- To receive enquires by email
- Providing support to the sales team so that they get help in achieving their sales target
- Communicating with regional sales team for status of order and position of sales.
- Providing the required information to the sales team and the dealers and distributors.
- Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.
- Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.
- Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal sales meetings.
- Inventory List updation to sales team & Dispatch status updation to sales team
- Maintain politeness in responding to sales team/customers
- Pending orders status follow up
