Sales Coordinator (2-5 yrs)
Position : Sales Co-ordinator
Experience : Minimum 2 years
JD :
- Make quotation and send to clients
- Prepare Sales order in ERP
- Co-ordinate with Operations Team, Warehouse team and the client for Dispatch Planning
- Prepare documentation for dispatch
- Co-ordinate with warehouse, transporter for dispatches
- Payment follow up with Sales Team and Clients
- Prepare/update sales operation reports
Requirements :
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
- An experience of having worked on CRM software (specifically ZOHO CRM) will be an advantage
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility of fulfillment of tasks.
