Sales Coordinator (2-4 yrs)
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and coordination tasks to enhance the efficiency of the sales function and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support : Assist the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and preparing presentations or proposals.
Order Processing : Handle customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order details, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Client Communication : Serve as the point of contact for clients for inquiries, complaints, or information regarding products and services.
Documentation : Maintain and update sales-related documents, such as contracts, quotes, and invoices.
Inventory Management : Track product inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery to customers.
CRM Management : Update and manage customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Sales Reporting : Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining sales data for management reviews.
Follow-Up : Coordinate with the internal teams (like accounts, delivery, and product management) to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and follow up on payment collections.
Sales Team Coordination : Liaise between the sales team and other departments to ensure that customer queries are addressed, and sales activities are executed efficiently.
Event Coordination : Help organize and participate in sales and marketing events such as trade shows, customer meetings, and internal sales meetings.
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
