Sales Coordinator
1) Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities including follow-up's calling/ Email, Cold Calling B2B, Scheduling Meetings for Field Sales Person, Email marketing etc
2) Preparing Quotes, Proforma Invoices and Internal processing orders.
2) Email and verbal follow up on sales inquiries/quotes and orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
3) Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
4) Coordinate with the Dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues or complaints.
5) Reporting daily work status/activities in given formats.
6) Must have good communication skills
