Job Description :
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Enterprise Sales Team. The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing Sales Operational Support to our Sales Team. A successful Sales Coodinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Ideal candidate :
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in IT Software Industry would be ideal.
- Experience in Salesforce or any CRM Tool.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
- Executing Purchase Orders and Software allocation in Salesforce.
- Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
- Ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Co-ordinating with Finance Team for financial and revenue reporting.
- Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.
- Responsible for Tendor Documentation and should provide support to Sales Team for Tendor Completion.
