Job overview:
We are looking for candidates who will act as a sales Co-Ordinator, attract new business and liaise in the process of sales done by the company for its products.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Receive sales calls from the customer support team and sales team and co-ordinate with the customers regarding the concern.
- Assist the sales engineer in getting the sales done to the customers during sales visit.
- Getting updated on the company's new as well as existing products and also ensure sales team is updated till date regarding the same.
- Co-ordinate with the sales engineers in getting the customers' needs met as per the calls and get the calls closed as per TAT.
- Prepare quotation for the sales request from customer, explain to them about the unique feature of the company's products and follow up with them to get the sales done.
- Should have strong negotiation skills and getting the sales done.
- Maintain TAT for all calls.
- To get feedback from the customers post sales of products.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales done and submit it to management.
- To provide details of delayed calls and engineer's performance.
- Should be able to handle projects as per customer requirements.
