Sales Coordinator (1-2 yrs)
Sales Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Order Management:
- Coordinate with clients and the sales team to process orders accurately and timely.
- Track and monitor order status, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any delays or issues.
Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring high-quality service and timely responses to their needs.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track progress and support decision-making.
- Assist the sales team in analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
Inventory Coordination:
- Liaise with the warehouse or logistics team to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for orders.
- Communicate with the procurement team to ensure restocking when necessary.
Team Coordination:
- Schedule meetings and coordinate between internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to support the sales function.
- Help organize and support sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Documentation & Filing:
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer information.
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation related to sales are organized and up to date.
Key Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
