Profile : Product Sales Consultant

Location : WFH

Experience : 5 to 8 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Cross-sell and upsell with existing clients.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

Qualifications :

- Proven track record of selling Enterprise B2B Software to banks in the Africa, Middle East & European region.

- Experience in managing Sales Operations and Teams

- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to position products against competitors

- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a must

- Must have experience of selling Banking technologies, Payment solutions, Core Banking solutions( Flexcube), Digital Banking /Digital Channels, AML, OFSAA, Fraud & Rick Solutions, Testing Solutions etc.
