Position Title: Sales Consultant

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Asst. Sales Manager

Industry : Automobile

Job Description: Responsible for promoting sales of vehicle, achieving sales target and the creating and building relationships with new and existing customers to ensure outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determine customer needs while educating the customer on new and used car ownership

- Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives

- Meet and exceed dealership goals and objectives

- Maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring return business and referral business with customer follow-up

- Suggest optional equipment for customer automotive purchase

- Guide the customer in availing appropriate finance option

- Coordinate with financiers

- Furnish the pre delivery inspection information to work shop.

- Coordinates with the back office people for quotations approval, registrations and delivery Coordination.

- Looks after the delivery of vehicles at the right time.

- Coordinates in delivering the sales kits, brouchers etc.,

- Submits the invoices copies and facilitates in the formal registration of vehicles.

- Conducts the sales promotion activities and campaigns to boost the sales.

- Arranges events and demos for promoting the sales as a part of market promotion and development.

- Prepares daily sales reports and submits the same to sales manager.

- Attends the meetings of supplier companies to know the product features and knowledge about its functioning.

- Attends to sales meetings and furnishes the information to higher officials.

- Prepares reports on a periodical basis such as weekly walk-ins, cold calls, deliveries and furnishes sales figures.

- Offer the best dealership experience through the ongoing pursuit of excellence.

- Maintain customer satisfaction.
