- Managing inventory, off take and retail business .

- Business accomplishing for Bajaj & KTM sales .

- Managing existing customers good repo.

- Executing monthly targets of Company on a quick basis and setting monthly targets for team to perform.

- Looking over the team on daily basis to ensure follow up of targets which is assigned and guiding them to achieve their targets.

- Reporting assigned tasks to management also to Co.

Conducting weekly review meetings through management to identify team concerns and making action plans to overcome those.

- Superb Negotiation Skills

- Interpersonal and listening skills

- Excellent presentation and pleasant manners

- Handle difficult clients
