They host public and private training sessions and events featuring top experts in the field. Their public events have a tremendous attendance rate of hundreds of live participants.

The Job :

- As Sales and Business Development Representative (SDR), you will be coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up. Also, you will be achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

- Delivering effective sales skills training to the sales teams.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 4 years experience within a Business Development/Account Manager/Sales (B2B) role, ideally within the Pharmaceutical & Biotech industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- You possess experience with LinkedIn and Email sales strategies

- Experience within Multi-country Sales and Sales Training would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering Chemicals & Energy, Healthcare and Industrial & Manufacturing is strong plus.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
