Job Description:

- Manage and encourage a sales team in the BFSI and insurance industries to meet revenue targets.

- Develop and implement an effective sales plan to improve market presence.

- Ensure that company policies and industry regulations are followed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven two years of field sales expertise in the BFSI, insurance business, sales, and marketing.

- Outstanding communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

- A thorough awareness of market dynamics and industry regulations.
