Sales & Business Development Role - Hotel (5-7 yrs)
1.Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2.Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Teams.
3.Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
4.Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
5.Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect
6.Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
7.Conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
8.Adhere to all policies, procedures and business ethics
9.Recruit, test, and hire Sales Managers for own team.
10.Ensure that sales team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
11.Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
1.5-7 years of experience in sales management.
2.Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
3.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
4.Willingness to work in a global team of professionals.
