Post:-Territory Manager
Location:- Nashik, Solapur, Kolhapur, Solapur, Osmanabad, Latur.
Salary:- 3.0 Lac to - 5.0 Lac Annually
PF,ESIC,Mobile & Travel Reimbursements.
Shift Timings:- 9:30 pm - 6:30 pm
6 Days Working. Off Days: SUN
Note:-2nd and 3rd Saturdays are off
Selection Criteria:-
1) Graduation degree mandatory
2) 1 yr to 6 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
3 )Life Insurance Experience into agency experience Candidates are eligible
4) General insurance experience highly preferred
5)25 - 35 yrs only can apply.
6) Loan sales/insurance sales / Mutual fund sales exp will also work
7) Good English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Job Description :
- The candidates will be assigned a territory where they have to generate sales by recruiting agents.
- They do not have to report to the office on a regular basis. The company will be providing a Tab, through which the candidates will look after the attendance.
- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
- Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
- Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM / ASM.
