Work experience:
- Around 1 years to 5 years of work experience in Sales or Marketing or Business Development preferably with Logistics or Courier or similar industry
- Fresher with educational background of logistics or supply chain can also be considered
CTC: Rs 3.0 lpa to Rs 7.0 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualifications)
KRA :
- Generate business through new sales calls, visits and follow ups:
- Building business relationships with potential clients; follow up consistently
- Understand customer requirements, evaluate options and provide suggestions
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates, complete profile information, sources
- Identify new prospects and pursue them
- Continuously perform market study to collect information on customers, competitors, key trade areas, new trends
- Prepare daily sales report
- Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations and Logistics team
