Job Role:

- Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.

- Directs customers by escorting them to shelves and browsers; suggesting products.

- Advises customers by providing information on designs & styles.

- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.

- Documents sale by creating or updating customer requirement records.

- Processes payments by totaling purchases; cash/credit management.

- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred merchandise and new arrivals.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed and expected.

Desired Candidate Profile

- You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.

- Communication skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.

- Flexibility: You might have to work long hours and on weekends.
