Responsibilities and Duties :
We are hiring for CCA for our captive Contact Centre
To solve queries on management programs designed especially for working professionals in association with institutes like IIM- s, DMI - Ireland & NIIT etc. The course fee will vary from Rs 30, 000 - Rs 5, 00,000
The position requires a person to have Inbound & Outbound sales know-how & experience. The process consists of persuading potential customers to purchase a product or service / closing the sales of these courses offline/online.

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills as they are essential for this job
- Experience in dealing with working professionals (experience of 3-15+ years)
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Experience in Online Sales ( preferred e-commerce )
