Job Summary:
1. Sales Value Achievement (Retail Sales) of Daily and Monthly, meet the growth objective month after month .
2. Achieve Minimum INR 5 LAKH per month- Depending on earlier Sales achievement, mentioned above is minimum.)
3. Achieve Secondary Sales Volume targets for the day & month (B2B Sales)
4. Coverage - Retail outlets - min 40-50 outlets per day with productivity minimum 60% and keep increasing every month.
5. Make all the Brands and SKUs available at all outlets in his market.
6. PJP compliance minimum - 95%.
7. Keep updating new outlets in SFA and in your beats.
8. Mandatory usage of SFA.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Ensuring delivery of secondary sales target of all assigned distributors and sub distributors
- Ensure achievement of focus brand secondary target MOM basis
- Adherence of PJP and working under JLL SFA program
- Daily sales reporting to ASE/TM/ASM
