Sales Analyst - Inside Sales - BPO (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Daily ensure achievement of daily operations such as indent creation, follow up on placements, etc.
- Manage Key customer portfolios; Actively Engage with the client base to build strong relationships
- Work with Operations team to drive desired service level delivery
- Resolve customer operational issues on a day-to-day basis in coordination with the operations team
- Report and drive KAM metrics on a regular basis
- Work cross-functionally to drive internal KAM processes
- Identify opportunity areas to increase business with the customers
- Tracking the indents from each customer on allotted lanes and keep a track on revenue perspectiveSkills
