Job Description:
- Managing & Motivating sales Admin team, responsible for entire department
- Conducting meetings whenever required, would be responsible for all the operation activates
- Resolve critical queries related to customers (delivery, short delivery, pending issues etc.)
- Customer order approval, monitoring Specimen Acknowledgment
- Daily collection review, branch review and communication
- Managing client relations, updating Information of new/revised titles
