We are looking for a sales coordinator to operate from India.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Communicate effectively with Managing Director, Sales Manager, Accounts and Sales Representatives.
- Assist them with sales quote and delivery note preparation, email drafting, communicating effectively with our partners in Europe, Australia and USA.
- Communicate with customers over the email and video meetings.
- A graduate in science stream with good fluency in English.
- Excellent skills to draft emails and operate Microsoft office.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations/Support role, ideally within the Medical Devices industry.
- Science graduate with fluent English and Malayalam to cater the role (added advantage).
- Good in drafting emails and Microsoft office.
- Work from home option provided
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
