Our client is a private label lubricant manufacturer serving the biggest brands in India and abroad. They are also recognized STAR EXPORT HOUSE serving over 25 countries. "They are one of the leading Grease and Oil manufacturers in India having huge strengths in manufacturing, packing and research of Greases and Oils for over 25 years now.

Job Description: Account management responsibility, Networking within industry. Developing strong relations with customers. Connecting with key business executives and stake holders and preparing sales plans and report.

Job Purpose:

To lead the division to prospect, develop, and close new strategic partnerships, using consultative and solution sales techniques. Ensure that people within the team are enabled to contribute to the growth of the division in an atmosphere which is cordial and providing avenues for individual growth and development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop sales strategies to increase the revenue of the Lubricant Manufacturing Division.

- Maintain and build long term relationships with new and existing clients.

- Seek for potential new clients and turn this into existing clients.

- Coach and manage a sales team to achieve the goals.

- Categorize and create new business opportunities.

- Accomplish sales strategies and activities to reach sales targets.

- Negotiate and handle objections with customers to expand company profits.

- Develop sales plan that includes marketing knowledge such as competitors, price structure and market structure.

Qualifications : 

Degree is required BE (Chemical, Mechanical) with MBA preferred.

- People Management Skills

- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior management

- Effective communication and presentation skills.

- Pleasant personality

- Fluent in English 

Experience:

A relevant experience of a minimum of about 10 -18 years in B2B sales function from Lubricant, Tyre, Addictive, Battery or Paints Industry background .
