Today, business owners manage attendance on pen-paper, calculate salaries on excel and pay employees in cash. Using Salarybox, the entire process can be performed at the click of a button. What typically takes 5 days, can be done in 5 minutes using our App.

What will you do :
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Identifying & testing new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Track and Manage marketing spend efficiently and effectively across channels including Fb campaigns, Google UACs, Ad networks & social media campaigns
- Identify trends and insights from competitors and devise content strategies
- Brainstorm new ideas with team & develop Marketing plans aligned with our vision
- Tweak strategies and budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI
- Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas
This role requires :
- Expertise in campaign & channel analysis, including Google Analytics experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital or Social Media Advertising
- A strong hold on Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics driven marketing
