Customer Care Executive (UK) process

- Response Lead Generation The Customer Support Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels.


- The representative will be required to provide accurate information about the company's products and services, handle customer issues and complaints, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
