We are hiring enthusiastic Business Development Executives who can communicate well with our potential network, understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions to them. This role requires high energy street smart individuals who are confident in there selling skills and love working with people from diverse backgrounds.

Job Description:

- To Actively develop networks with various Architects, Engineers, Designers industry bodies, associations and consultants

- Meet/Talk to Architects,Institutions, Business Owners

- Understand the type of work of the client

- Formulate a solution and pitch the product

- Conduct market research for potential clients

- Cold Calling & Setting up appointments with the prospective clients

- B2B/B2C Selling of our product

- Product sales and monitoring sale cycles

- Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales.

- To generate leads & converting leads into sales.

- To build effective rapport with customer/distributors.

- Planning & execution of BTL activities like Competitive Demos, Product Launches & Sales Promotion.

- Ensure adherence to Sales processes, policies & Marketing tools on all Networks.

- Follow up with clients

- Ability to close deals with prospective clients.

- Meet monthly sales targets

Skills:

- Proficient in MS Office

- Ability to learn new software quickly

- Ability to speak multiple languages

- Good speaking skills

- Good negotiation skills

- Ability to hustle

- Be a team player

- Experience 0 - 4 years
