Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured Program to appoint wholesalers across India. Sales leader will lead all the sales &marketing initiatives across OEMs, Wholesalers & exports
- Plan & Conduct road Shows / Technical sessions Across India to expand DryAll Products awareness and penetration at SSI OEMs and Contractors
- Develop & Review Field Sales & Application Engineering Organization
- Develop Creative Pricing & Annual Rebate Plans For Sales Growth and Ensuring Full Range Availability Across Wholesalers
- Ensure Adequate POP and Visibility Across wholesalers On DryAll Brand
- Key Account Management at OEMs: Getting Products qualified, lead negotiation, develop across the functions contacts at OEMs
- Manage sales targets, cash flow and collections
- Develop & Execute Robust Global sales strategy for DryAll
- Develop & Expand DryAll Brand through various social media initiatives, e-blast, active & vibrant websites, Press releases, participation in trade shows & technical sessions/ product trainings

Qualifications Required :
Essential: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering as a minimum
Desirable: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management
Required Experience :
8-12 Years, Preferably in HVAC&R B2B industry Engineering industry at the middle management level. Candidates having National experience would be preferred.
