Responsibilities:

- Provide Pre-sales appliance balancing support to Huayi-Trucool customers to get the most optimized system performance

- Help customer diagnose reasons for field failure and arrest them

- Ability to convince customers on application defects and corrective measures thereof

- Influence customers use of genuine electricals and high quality heat exchanger, capillary, fan motor

- Should possess the ability to guide customers set up a high-quality assembly line for building appliances

- Independently conduct training sessions for company sales personal, customers- sales & technical persons on compressor features, best assembly practices, potential failure modes & countermeasures to arrest them

- Ability to carry on teardown analysis and connect with failure modes

- Effective warranty management.

Qualifications Required :

Essential: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering as a minimum
